    Hi Thio, Yes, LM5023 is good option. For "2 MOSFET", are you meaning Q1 and Q2? Q2 is the major Power MOS, where Q1 is used to provided bias power. However you can replace Q1 by resistors and a transistor like PMP8955. Another option is UCC28600…
