Hello,
Question - Is it possible to get the hardware design guide (calculation, component, guidelines, etc) for PMP11012 reference design suggeted in this post?
Reference Design PMP11012 with link - https://www.ti.com/tool/PMP11012 .
We would like to verify…
Part Number: PMP9253 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: PMP10506 , PMP40274 Hi TI
Can we change the power transformer to PA5130.005NL to support 5V/6A output?
Any other BOM change needed?

Part Number: PMP9253 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM5022 I would like to use PMP9253 (similarily design) to provide 10-60V input and 3A@+15 output isolated, change the transformer to 1:3. Will the design work base on PMP9253.
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TLV431 Dear all,
is is possible to change the output voltage from 5 V to 5,5V-7.5V on this board PMP9253 ?
If yes, what components do i have to change and can the transformer (PA3855.005NLT) stay the same?
Best Regards…
Hi Hirotaka,
You should be able to use same topology for your requirement.
You can consider LM5022 with CSD19534Q5A, which is a very low RDSon and QG MOSFET.
You need to recalculate transformer, current sense and feedback network components.

Part Number: LM5022 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: PMP9253 Hi Sir
I used the LM5022 be the flyback converter.
Attached is my circuit.
SCHEMATIC1 _ 05. FLYBACK.pdf
When I saw the TI document, the D4 and D5 are DNP.
Here is the circuit which cut from…
Part Number: LM5022 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: PMP9253 Hi,
we use LM5022 as flyback, the input is 7.5V to 57V, output is 5V/1A, reference to PMP9253.1,
The transformer is the same with reference design.
the question is, when input is 9V and load…
Part Number: LM5160 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: PMP9253 , LM5022 My Customer has question.
Customers are planning to construct an isolated DCDC circuit using the LM5160.

Hi Bernard and Bhavdipsinh,
Thanks a lot for prompt help, since there are multi outputs, we may propose the below solution,
We have PMP10532 based on LM5160 cover the following
+12V 0.25A
±5V, 0.3A (isolated)
And PMP9253 based on LM5022 cover the…
