Part Number: PTN78000H Tool/software: When conducting thermal analysis, I need the values of the Maximum Junction Temperature and Thermal Resistance parameters. However, they are not listed in the data sheet. Can I get both values?
Part Number: PTN78000H I'm using PTN78000H to convert 28VDC to 20VDC. In order to protect several MOSFETs that are between the 28 and 20 VDC rails, I plan to place a 15VDC Zener diode between the input and output of PTN78000H. This will pull up the…
Hello
You might want to look at a module, such as the PTN78000H.
Or look at LMR51430 or LMR38010.
Those are somewhat overkill, but they have good efficiency at light loads.
Thanks
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: PTN78000H I'm troubleshooting a circuit that uses the ptn78000h to generate +15 VDC from an input voltage of +28 VDC. I suspect this circuit is drawing too much DC current from
the +28 VDC power supply. I'm using a…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: PTN78000H Hello,
I'd like to dynamically adjust the output voltage of the ptn78000h from a microcontroller. I was hoping I could just replace the set-point resistor with a digital potentiometer, e.g. MAX5400, among many…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: PTN78000H I was wondering if there was a spec for the minimum load current for the PTN78000H?
My application for the PTN is a pwm heater circuit. The pwm frequency is 2Khz, with a duty cycle from 0-100%.
