Part Number: PTN78020H I have built a converter based on PTN78020H module . My input voltage range goes from 20V to 26V. The output voltage is set to 17V. I have built the converter using a single side solder breadboard. I have test the converter with…
Part Number: PTN78020H For the PTN78020H module, can I do the following?
1. Configure the output voltage for 22V output and drive 7A into the inductive load for only 25 seconds. The current limit is 8A so I believe I am okay with driving 7A load.
2. I…
Part Number: PTN78020H Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM5050-1 , Hello,
I'm designing a board for hydrogen fuel stack application in automotive industry.
I would like to know if I can use two DC/DC converters PTN78020H in parallel if I protect each…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS5450 I am wondering if the Enable controls of TPS5450 and
PTN78020W / PTN78020H are disabled, the output voltages of TPS5450 and
PTN78020W / PTN78020H will be zero or near zero?
Thanks for your answers.
Part Number: PTN78020A Other Parts Discussed in Thread: PTN78020H , PTN78020W , Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools Hello,
PTN78020A_EUK_7.bxl package footprint is same with PTN78020A_EUL_7.bxl package footprint. One is through hole, the other one is surface…
John:
I reviewed the Oring diode and it may work , not ideal current sharing ,if the diode forward voltage(Vf) has a wide range over temperature. One PTN78020H will be the major current source until the diode VF increases with temperature.

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: PTN78020H , PTN78020W In the data sheet (SLTS228B) on page 13 under PTN78020W/PTN78020H Output Capacitor it says " The minimum capacitance required to ensure stability is a 330 μF. Either ceramic or electrolytic-type capacitors…
Hello community,
I recently started to use the PTN78020HAH dc/dc converter but i cannot seem to find how to control the output current. I use this module to charge some ultracaps from a motor/generator. In the datasheet ( SLTS228B ) it is written that…
