Part Number: PTR08100W Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMZ23610 , LMZ31710 Hi sir,
Any method to reduce ptr08100w power ripple to below 20mv?
I measure the ripple is about 70mv when I use it on board.
My customer is looking to use the PTR08100W and use the Voadjust to change the Vout dynamically. Use case.
Vin = 12v nominal
Vout = 0.6 to 5.0v
Load is purely resistive: 1.00 to 1.25 ohm (resistive heater). So Iout will vary with Vout.
Questions- 1) Can…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: PTR08100W Hi
In the datasheet Page 9, it states that a minimum 100uF input capacitance is required and ripple current rating of the electrolytic capacitor must be at least 750mArms.
Will 330uF Capacitor (Panasonic, EEUFC1E331…

Hi
We are encountering a weird behaviour on the PTR08100W power module and would like to seek for advise.
We have built the circuitry for 5V output with this power module using the following:

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: PTR08100W Hello
Im using the PTR08100W to build the 5V for my firewall ( a small PC).
The firewall uses max 5A. Normaly it needs 2-3A.
Im using the circuit diagram from page 1 of the data sheet.
The input voltage…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: PTR08100W Hello, I was wondering if the ptr08100w can handle a variable Rset and thus a variable Vout while under load.
thanks
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: PTR08100W , PTR08060W My circuit has a 12V input and uses a PTR08060W to provide a 3.3V rail and a PTR08100W to provide a 5V rail.
The 5V and 3.3V rails are powering a bunch of circuitry including processor, USB controller…
