Part Number: REF1925 Hello,
The REF1925 d/s specifices that the REF19xx series has an operating temp of -40C to 125C. Page 4 says the abs max rating can go down to -55C
Could I use this part for -55C design? If not is there a similar part you'd…
Hello Takao Yamamoto San
Using diode to protect REF1925 during input balcout could be one of the reasons to use this diode.
Adding this diode will discharge the C2 through 2.8Ohm resistor and avoid any possible reverse current through REF1925 in…

Part Number: DAC70501 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ADS7052 , REF1925 , REF1933 Hello,
I would like to use the 2.5V reference output from the DAC70501 to drive the analog supply input of the ADS7052 14b ADC. The ADS7052 data sheet recommends a 3…
Hi Songzhen,
I would highly recommend to use the REF3425 over the REF3225 as the REF3225 is NRND.
The REF1933 can also work for this application but it does have a 3.3V/1.65V rail instead of a 2.5V rail.
If you need REF19xx in 2.5V it will be the…
Hi Ran,
I don't know exactly what the issue is with using a reference voltage greater than 2.6 V. It's possible that because your not too far outside of the specification that you don't see an issue now, but you never know if it can become a problem…
