Part Number: REF20-Q1
Hi,
I need to check the lifecycle status for the below part: REF200AU/2K5
Could you please confirm:
Whether this part is Active or Discontinued
If discontinued/NRND, is there any drop‑in replacement available?
Part Number: REF20-Q1 Hi,
I am using the REF2033-Q1 variant on my design. The IC is active when there EN pin is not connected to anything and reads 4.3V. Does this need to be grounded to turn off? Is this normal behavior?
Thanks
Hi Andrew,
REF20-Q1 is the best option for an AEC-Q100 qualified reference with current sourcing up to 20mA that we have available. I would suggest considering that device.

Hi Hailong,

This depends largely on the characteristics…
Hello,
Here are some precision voltage references that could fit your requirements:
REF35 : Accuracy of ±0.05%, Options from 1.024V to 5V, input voltage range of Vout + Vdo to 6V, output current rating ±10mA
REF20 : Accuracy of ±0.05%, Options from…
Part Number: REF2033 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: REF20 , REF1933 , REF19 Hi,
I need a 1.65v voltage for ADC reference voltage.
REF2033,REF1933,REF20 can output 1.65v, but in description,1.65v is Vbias for the input bipolar signals.
Can I…
Hi Gruffalo
Plot# 7-35 shows noise spectral density for REF20. The scale for Y axis is ppm/√Hz . You can convert it in μV/ √Hz by multiplying VREF value.
Eg - if noise desity is 0.25 ppm/√Hz at 100Hz frequenct then it will be 0.75 μV/√Hz for REF2030…
Hi,
1. The datasheet does not specify an internal pull up or pull down, but I can share with you my lab observations. If the device EN pin is pulled to ground, the device becomes disabled. If the EN pin is then disconnected from ground and left floating…
