Part Number: REF20-Q1 Hi, I am using the REF2033-Q1 variant on my design. The IC is active when there EN pin is not connected to anything and reads 4.3V. Does this need to be grounded to turn off? Is this normal behavior? Thanks

Hi Andrew, REF20-Q1 is the best option for an AEC-Q100 qualified reference with current sourcing up to 20mA that we have available. I would suggest considering that device. www.ti.com/.../REF20-Q1 Thanks, Jackson
