  • RE: REF3025: output is 2.64V when connected to INA828 REF pin

Hi Tess, I suspect that the INA828 needs the VREF pin to sink/source current. The REF30 can only source and not sink. And so when the REF30 has to sink, the voltage goes out of regulation. Can you measure the current of the REF30 output pin?

Hi Markus Thank you very much for pointing out Figure 7-8 and 7-18. The unit of dynamic impedance is ohm only and thereis typo in title of figure 7-18. We will change that in our data sheet revision. We have released new reference REF35 which is pin…

Hello Brian, I recommend looking at REF35 which is in a 6-pin SOT package as well. https://www.ti.com/product/REF35 REF35 replaces and provides key advantages to our older devices such as REF30 and REF33: Ultra-low IQ of 680nA and >20% lower…

Hi Rock, This is unexpected. The HBM of the REF30 is 4kV so it is less than the 6kV board test. We do not have any device above 4kV. If you are looking for similar devices to test I would look at the REF3133 and REF3333. These are P2P and different…

The REF30 has a AB output stage so it can adapt and make sure the output is regulated on overshoots and undershoots. The performance will be limited to an extent because it is dependent on how clean the 4.5V stage is. I do not expect the accuracy/temp…

Part Number: REF3430 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: REF34 , REF30 , REF31 , REF102 Hi team, I saw RFE3430's Output Current support -10 mA in the datasheet. 1. Why REF3430 can support Negative current output? I also saw REF30xx support 25mA Output…
