Part Number: DDC114 Good day,
In our equipment, we are using DDC114 ADC. Currently, we are trying to minimize the noise and improve the long-term stability of data acquisition.
For reference voltage generation we have been using the recommended circuit…
Part Number: REF3140 The datasheet of REF3140 (sbvs046d.pdf) shows a note in the package outline page (pg 25) recommending to "Reference JEDEC registration TO-236". The JEDEC specification however shows two options: AA and AB. Which one applies to the…
Hi guys,
One of my customers is seeing an output voltage overshoot during startup, but only when the ambient temp drops to below about -30degC. Is this known behavior and what do you suggest to eliminate it?
Thanks!
Jason
Hello Mark,
Please find below the comparison table between the various reference chips.
These were some of the parts that we looked at and we have used REF3040 and LM4140 in our higher channel density devices.
LM4140
REF3040
REF3140
REF3…
Part Number: ADS1252 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OPA350 , REF5040 , REF3140 Hello,
What refenrece chip would you reccomend to add as external ref value to ADS1252.

Part Number: REF5040 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: REF3140 This customer has failed EMC testing and identified the REF5040 as being the culprit. Once the device is replaced with REF3140, the board passes the test. Can you please provide any insight…
Part Number: REF6241 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: REF3040 , OPA350 , DDC112 , REF3140 , Hello
The DDC112 device datasheet recommends using a voltage reference consisting of 1x REF3040 followed by 1x OPA350 to the voltage reference input pin for each Delta…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DDC114 , REF3140 , OPA350 , OPA364 I have the DDC114 Development board and I have some custom software I wrote that can plug in and talk to the DDC114 and get readings. Using the development board I get very good results in…
