Part Number: REF5045A-Q1 Tool/software:
Hi,
I would like to inquire about how to purchase the REF5045 enhanced-grade device.
Furthermore, I would like to confirm whether REF5045EID represents the enhanced-grade level, REF5045AID represents the…
Part Number: REF5045 Hi team, I'd like to know about the thermal hysteresis. 1: Is the thermal hysteresis value accumulated on a cycle-by-cycle basis? Or will it be reset somewhere? 70ppm(Cycle1) + 50ppm(Cycle2) = 120ppm(Typ) 2: Could you tell me why…
Part Number: REF5045 In REF5045 datasheet, page-6; 7.5 Electrical Characteristics, the REF5045 is not in the Vout table. I guess the TYP should be 4.5V for REF5045

Part Number: REF5045 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ADS8881 Hi team, In the reference design of ADS8881, I found the reference voltage IC REF5045AIDGKT is used as the reference voltage generator. What is the purpose of 1 in the circuit?.
Part Number: REF5045 Hi Team, In the circuit given, if I need to include additional capacitors in the circuit, do I need to add a series resistance so as to make the ESR is 1.5Ohms
Hi Marcoo;
Thanks for the quick response!
The reason for me to ask is because when we hook up the TINA models to run the simulation. We could not see it working properly in simulation. But if we replace the REF5045 model with a voltage source, then…
Part Number: REF5045 Hi team.
Please let me know if our situation is problem.
I care about Vout>Vin when the power is off.
When it,
Vin=0V
Vout=4.5V(From C5)
C5=5uF
There is a specification of the short circuit current, but what else…
Hi William,
For the REF5045 we have MTBF information in the packaging and quality tab:
www.ti.com/.../pinout-quality
www.ti.com/.../estimator.tsp
Does this information meet your request?

Hi, Akeem-san
Thank you for the reply. Please inform me about below. - Please show me the figure into which Vin of 'Figure 1. 2_VIN_Short_GND__6p5V__0__68uF' expanded the part which falls in 1V from 6.5V. When there is current waveform of that case…
Dear, All
"1 pin" is "Do not connect". The question is coming from the customer per this point. When "1 pin" short-circuits to "2 pin", please let me know what kind of influence it has. (It assumes short-circuiting with solder.)
Thanks, Masami M.
