Part Number: REF35 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ADS127L21 , REF54 , REF4132 , , REF70 , REF6025 , REF2025 It is unclear to me if I need a reference buffer on the output of my voltage reference before it connects to my ADC. How do I know when I may need…
Hello,
REF6x would be able to work with ADS8881 to preserve the performance of the ADC as specified in the datasheet, and it is used on ADS8881EVM2-PDK.
We have more precise and accurate voltage references such as REF54 and REF70, but those would require…
Hi Ajeet,
If you are looking for a noise requirement of <4µVpp and a temperature coefficient of less than 5ppm/°C, I would suggest the REF70 instead of the REF102. According to the REF70 datasheet, it will stay below 4µVpp noise, and…
Hi Eric,
We have some great selection of voltage references in the link below. For instance, REF35 , REF50xx , REF60xx , REF70 and many other low cost, low noise, very low drift precision voltage reference for the ADC application.

Part Number: ADS127L11 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: REF70 , THP210 , , OPA192 Hi team,
Below is the schematics I worked with customer. Could you kindly review it? Thanks.
1 ) AVDD1=AVDD2=+2.5V ; AVSS=-2.5V ; IOVDD=+3.3V ; VREF=+2.048V ;
2)analog input range …
Hi Dennis
The output is oscillating. Can you please confirm it on the scope.
You are exxeding the output capacitor spec (57pf) and overall ESR. Can you please remove R29 and C37 and check the output.
Please refer the layout recommendation given at page…
Hello Sudhir,
Please take a look at our high precision REF70 family. This should provide higher initial accuracy, and better tempo and long term drift. Hope that helps.

Thanks.
Hi Himanshu,
I wouldn't recommend looking at each individual component, I would look at each individual signal chain. As such you will need to calibrate each channel of the ADS131M04 to ensure highest accuracy.
I recommend taking a look at the REF70…
Hi Kai,
Please let me know how to convert ppm / SQRT(Hz) to V / SQRT(Hz)?
I want to redesign the circuit using REF70 of TI or voltage reference from other companies.
Thank you.
Hi Newton,
Thanks for the post.
You can use the ADS1299 with different external reference voltages and not limited to 4.096V. The preferred reference voltage is 4.5V in order to meet the datasheet specification for noise and dynamic range. The ADC input…
