Dear Hareesh, my problem is resolved. One chip on the board was damaged for no reason. It consumed 0.7A current when working and DSP
seems like going to protect mode. The circuit has no problem if every chip was good.

The value showing at those locations are 0x0 which means device is indeed locked. If you have not programmed the passwords then it may have corrupted due to interruption during Flash operation and in such case device need to be replaced.
