  Part Number: SN54LVTH16245A-SP We have found cracks in the seal of the pins of the raw material SNJ54LVTH16245AWD, with a defect rate of 15%. Do we need to identify the reasons that affect the quality and use of the product?

  Hi Jenny, As far as I know, TPSM846C24 module is not specifically manufactured to withstand radiation. You may find some SEE TI products here: e2e.ti.com/.../slyt532g.pdf
