Part Number: SN6507 Tool/software: Hi,
At a frequency of 1 MHz, the static power consumption should be 5-6 mA. In actual testing, it reaches 27 mA. I suspect that this is because there is a conduction path in Q1 and Q2. If there is no way to set the…
Part Number: SN6507 Tool/software: Dear Expert
I would like to ask a few questions about the application of the SN6507DGQR chip: Application scenario, 12V input, output around 12V, transformer tie ratio 1:1, 1. To adjust the duty cycle, according to the…
Dear Koteshwar,
Thanks for your support. SN6507 works in my application for Rdc ranging from 44.8k up to 68k, figure attached below.
This resolve my issue.
Kind regards, Dariusz

400kHZ means Rclk = 30k ?
If I want to 40% duty cycle, VCC= 14.5 V, Rdc = 145kΩ?
I want to reduce the static power consumption. Maybe reducing the fSW will be helpful.

Part Number: SN6507 Tool/software: Good day, I seem to be missing a piece of information over and over while going through the datasheet. How can the default voltage on the SS/ILIM pin be estimated? The bias current on this pin is 275 uA typ. according…
Part Number: SN6507-Q1 Tool/software: Hi,
When looking at the SN6507-Q1 datasheet it is not entirely clear how the soft-start functionality works.
The datasheet says:
"SN6507-Q1 device supports soft-start feature. Upon power up or when EN/UVLO pin transitions…
Part Number: SN6507 Tool/software: Good day, I briefly wanted to ask, if you could provide an update regardig a SPICE model for this chip. Over a year ago, someone had the same question and since all the other variants of the family do have a corresponding…
Part Number: SN6507 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS7A39 Tool/software: Hi, datasheet brings that "The VIN range that duty cycle feature is applicable is from 6 V to 36 V."
Which means that will not work the automatic duty cycle compensation…
