Part Number: SN65HVD78 Hello Support team,
My customer inquiries R pin. When they use it as receiver, does SN65HVD78D need pull up or pull down resister? R pin looks like to be push-pull output but Fig.26 uses 10k ohm pull up resister.
Thanks,
Koji…

Part Number: SN65HVD78 Hello, I am using above mentioned parts to convert TTL /cmos logic to rs 485 and i am wondering if i need a termination resistors and what value ( typically its 60 ohm on each side). Other question I have is: I have 2 slave devices…
Part Number: SN65HVD78 Hello,
Is possible to connect Thermal pad (VSON package) to GND? There is no description in datasheet. In PIN table TP is missing. Below the package drawing, note 3. Is only written that, we must solder the TP to PCB, for better…
Part Number: SN65HVD78 Hello Sir.
We use the SN65HVD78 device, there is a state of abnormal operation. (As shown below)
SPI_CLK_A/B signal, the converted CLK will be one less (red circle), which will cause our data transmission error.
Please help provide…
Part Number: SN65HVD78 Hi
I used TI SN65HVD78 to test the A and B Pin of the chip, and the impedance was 300K. I want to know what is the range of normal impedance parameters of A and B Pin of this device?
