Part Number: SN74AUP1G32 What is the maximum junction temperature under bias for SN74AUPxxxx-logic Family?
Datasheet specifies only "operating free-air temperature" range, which is not very practible.

Datasheet says that max input transition rise and fall rate is 200ns/V in case of VCC=0.8 to 1.95V.
What about in case of VCC=3.3V?

On sheet 3 of the datasheet for this device, the YFP package view shows pin B2 as DNU, but the pin function table immediately following shows it as being input B for that package.
