3× SN74LVC2G66 in DSBGA might be smaller. For 8-channel devices, consider SN74CB3Q3245, or SN74CBTLV3245A (less power and slightly cheaper, but lower bandwidth).

Ray, The ESD CDM is not available for the SN74CBTLV3245A device so I would recommend using the SN74CB3Q3245 if you need this spec in your system. Thank you, Adam

Hi Cassidy, Unfortunately, the datasheet of TS2DDR2811 does not clearly claim Ioff when the switch is open. I am assuming when this chip was designed, it was strictly targeting DDR2 use case, while Ioff is normally a parameter of analog concern. If your…

Hi Lauren, We do not have a drop-in replacement for this device. If another DDR device is required, TS3DDR4000 or TS3DDR3812 may be used. If a DDR device is not required, a suggested 8-channel 1:1 switch with high bandwidth would be SN74CB3Q3245. …

Michi, We have a wide variety of bus switches, most of which have very low tpd (delay time). Would SN74CB3Q3245 work for their application?
