  Part Number: SN74CBT3345C データシートの仕様を見ますとVIHが2.0V以上となっていますが、こちらの電圧はVCCの値とは関係ないでしょうか？ 例えばVCCが2.0V～5.0Vで変動をした場合でもVIHは2.0V以上となりますでしょうか？
