    Part Number: SN74CBT3345C データシートの仕様を見ますとVIHが2.0V以上となっていますが、こちらの電圧はVCCの値とは関係ないでしょうか? 例えばVCCが2.0V~5.0Vで変動をした場合でもVIHは2.0V以上となりますでしょうか?
