Part Number: SN74CBTLV3245A I noticed that the tpd is *higher* at a higher VCC. This does not make sense to me. Why would the tpd be higher with a higher VCC voltage? Shouldn't it be lower?

The device is a bidirectional switch. It is tranmission gate with an NFET and PFET in parellel.
When the OE is tied high, both sides are in a hig-z state according to the datasheet.
The thermal pad can be tied to ground.
