    "1.8 V logic" describes only the control inputs. I am not aware of any device that combines muxing and level shifting. I'd suggest to combine a mux like the SN74LVC1G97-Q1 or SN74LVC1G3157-Q1 with a separate level shifter like the SN74LVC1T45-Q1.
