Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74LVC244A Hi Sirs,
Sorry to bother you.
We are survey 3.3v, 8/32 bit, 150 Mhz signal buffer.
We have found SN74LVC244A and SN74LVC32244 but i'm not sure they could support 150Mhz?
Could you help confirm it?
Thanks…
I would like to input the following signal into SN74LVC32244.
Can SN74LVC32244 receive this signal?
<Signal>
・square wave
・Voltage = 3.3V
・frequency = 150MHz
The datasheet for this part mentions that the tpd number for 1v8 was not available at the time of publication. Is it available now?
I am looking for something with less than about 3ns. The SN74AUC32244 has 1.8ns max at 1v8 but the drive strength is +…
I have a design where the enable pin of this part is connected to ground (always enabled) and Vcc = 3.3V. The output is pulled up with a 5.6k resistor to 5V.
I see 3.3V on the output pin, even with the pullup.
Possible explanations:
The 3.3 V power supply…
Section 6.3 of the application report Bus-Hold Circuit ( SCLA015 ) explains how to compute this. If you are doing only unidirectional down-translation, then you can simply use a buffer with overvoltage-tolerant inputs, e.g., SN74AUC32244 or SN74LVC32244…
