Is SN65HVD11DR good choice of replacement? Are there any differences between SN75 and SN65 other than temp range?

Unfortunately, I don't believe an IBIS model was ever developed for this device. The part itself predates IBIS modeling, and it would have been difficult to have enough information to create a relevant model so many years after the IC design…
