Part Number: TAS2555 Hi Team,
The customer is experiencing below issue and needs your help.
At present, the customer has completed the debugging of the spk by using PPC3 to generate the bin file, but how to configure the timing of the I2S interface in…
Part Number: TAS2555 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TAS2557 Now I have generate binary firmware in PPC3, but I can't find ASI1 timing setting(clock and format) in PPC3
How to config it and merge it in binary file?
Part Number: TAS2555 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TAS2557 Hi,
I have gone through the datasheet of TAS2555/TAS2557 devices. As it has internal DSP core with some algorithms to protect the load (speaker), if I want to load my own DSP algorithms can…
Part Number: TAS2555 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TAS2557 , TAS2559 , TAS2560 Hi,
I am trying to decide between the TAS2555 and it's alternatives. As such, I was wondering what the main differences between the TAS2555 and the TAS2557/9 are.
Thanks…
Cody,
I've got confirmation that data sheet plots use LSR board (aka D2S filter). This is used for THD measurement on TAS2555/57/59/60, however D2S filter requirement is only for measurement and doesn't mean acoustic THD is affected.
Best regards…

Part Number: AM3358 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TAS2555 , TLV320AIC3104 Hi,
I am interfacing AM3358 with Silicon Labs FXS/FXO chip Si32178. Si32178 needs BCLK and FSYNC from AM3358 to generate its internal clocks. On AM3358, BCLK and FSYNC only gets…
Part Number: TAS2555 I'm currently working with a pretty small speaker (pn: MD1115N-RC758) and trying to improve audio quality and volume, right now at higher volumes it starts buzzing and the quality gets pretty bad. We're trying to work in SmartAmp…
Part Number: TAS2555 Hello,
I followed this thread to attempt to get to the characterization page: https://e2e.ti.com/support/audio/f/6/t/710748?tisearch=e2e-sitesearch&keymatch=speaker%20characterization
After deleting the current configuration…
Part Number: TAS2555 The datasheet specifies an IO voltage of 1.8V +/-10% and 3.3V +/-10% - do you know if there's any problem with operating it between those ranges? For example, operating at 2.1V. I see this voltage is fine for abs max, but I'm not…
