Part Number: TAS5342LA Hi
When BD port is not used, how to care about capacitor between PVDD and GVDD? Should it be implemented?
( I pointed out with red frame)
I appreciate if you could reply.
BestRegards
Part Number: TAS5342LA Hi
I am reffering typical 2N BTL application configuration but the 1ch output is required.
I suppose BD modulation, so I think it would need differential (2N) configuration.
I think I would need the configuration within a red frame…
Part Number: TAS5342LA Hi
Is it likely that difference of PVDD would affect to Tc (case temperature) of the device in spite of same output power?
For example,
1. PVDD =12V, L/R has 12W/12W, that leads Tc=80C (Ta = 25C) 2. PVDD=19V, L/R has 12W/12W, that…
Part Number: TAS5342LA Hi
Is there any problem for applying PWM input to TAS5342LA before de-asserting RESET?
Or is this sequence not matter?

Hi
Regarding to the datasheet,IVDD(typ) is 7.1mA, IVDD(max) is 17mA at operating 50% duty cycle.
1.
What is the meaning of condition of operating 50% duty cycle? Is the condition of the pwm input?
2.
IVDD(max) is twice or more…

Hi
I have question of TAS5342LA mid-z compatibility.
1.
To reduce pop noise when powering up, mid-z sequence would be effective.
Is mid-z sequence the solution offered…
Part Number: TAS5342LA Hi
I have a question related to the following post.
I would like to use TAS5342LA with disabling C and D port.
Holding ~RESET_CD low will keep the OUT_CD in Hi-Z. 1. In that state, is it no problem OUT_C and OUT_D are left open…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TAS5342LA Hi
We have question about the overcurrent limit protection of TAS5342LA.
We can refer the following description on the datasheet.
IOC=8.4A(typ) Resistor-programmable, high-end, ROC=22Kohm with 1ms pulse, Tc=75…
Hi
Do you have information of allowable power dissipation on the datasheet test condition?
Actually, the power dissipation would be affected by output circuit (like inducors).
However, we want to confirm the variability of the power dissipation (especially…

TAS5342LA offers mode selection of BTL mode and PBTL mode, but we couldn't determine if it supports both AD modulation and BD modulation.
Can we use TAS5342LA…
