Part Number: TAS5421-Q1 Tool/software: Hi Team,
There is a problem with TAS5421 reading the diagnostic register:
At present, when the external horn is powered on, the normal value can be read, but after the horn is unplugged, the value is still…
Hi Xiaowei,
The schematic looks very good. I recommend highly to use the TAS5441-Q1 instead of the TAS5421-Q1. The tAS5441-Q1 is a direct replacement for the TAS5421-Q1

Part Number: TAS5421-Q1 Tool/software: Hi Ti,
When power is turned on and the fault register is read from I2C, bit D4 may be set. Is this behavior correct?
The datasheet states REPORTING METHOD=I2C+Fault pin if fault event = UV, but fault pin is invalid…
Part Number: TAS5421-Q1 Tool/software: Hello,
Can it be confirmed please if the following is the correct understanding?
Output power as maximum capability : 8-W Output Power at 10% THD+N Into 4 Ω. Could you confirm that it is referred to maxium…
Part Number: TAS5421-Q1 Hi Application Team: We would like design TAS5421-Q1 for 50ohm with 1W max power speaker .
but we just saw THD+N (%) with only 4ohm or 8ohm case.
May I know how many impact of THD+N if using 50ohm speaker?
thank you
Part Number: TAS5421-Q1 Dear TI,
I calculated the power consumption of TAS5421-Q1 based on efficiency with load power, below given the details and please correct me if wrong.
Load resistor: 4 ohm
load power: 10W
Efficiency: 83% (based on graph…

Part Number: TAS5421-Q1 Hi team,
What is the relationship between the V (AIN) maximum and the gain ?
as DS , Maximum recommended input voltage is determined by the gain setting, can you provide how it is calculated ? thanks
Part Number: TAS5421-Q1 hi:
1. Does the 0x02 register need to be switched to standby to read?
2. Will the switching of standby mode cause the previously set 0x03 register value to return to the default?
Part Number: TAS5421-Q1 During EMC test, it was found that re could not reach the switching frequency of 400kHz power amplifier required by the customer.
Is there any suggestion that we conduct more tests, attached with the experiments we have done…
