Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TAS5727 Hello,
What is the procedure for updating EQ coefficients in the TAS5727. I know that the GUI tool handles this seamlessly, but from my own controller code, do I need to mute or bypass the EQ first, then update…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TAS5727 Hi,
Is this MC57xxPSIA interface board which comes along with TAS5727 EVM can be replaced with any other MCU/DSP and with that whether we can program the device via GUI or any other method to program this TAS5727…
Hi Gust,
For TAS5731 p2p replacement take a look at TAS5727. I'm not sure if it will meet all of your requirements but it is p2p.
Is the TAS5756M a good alternative for TAS5754M in your application?

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TAS5727 , TXB0104 , TAS5722L Hi Team, Would you please recommend class-D amplifier 10W ~ 20W with 1.8V DVDD digital interface? It looks like all the digi-amp cannot support 1.8V I2S. Customer would like to apply it for 1.8V…
Hi, Howard,
It would be really complicated to update the TAS5727 GUI as we are focusing the efforts in the development of our new devices' collateral. For the future I would recommend you to move from the TAS5727 to our all-new TAS5751M. This device…
Hi, Dick,
I performed some tests in the TAS5715EVM. I have no issues with the TAS5715 GUI, the default process flow on the GUI is the TAS5727. After connecting the TAS5715 EVM to the TAS5727 process flow GUI, I was able to replicate the issue:
The unstab…
Part Number: TAS5717 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TAS5727 I2S typically only requires 3 signals.... SCK, SD and WS.
How do I configure the TAS5717 to function with nothing attached to the MCLK pin? What are the limitations in this mode?
Hi, Andrew,
The frequency response of the device should not be affected by the input resistor network. I have tested this in the MC57xx board (controller board for the TAS5727 EVM) and the frequency response is flat for both use cases (1Vrms and 2Vrms…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TAS5727EVM , TAS5727 , DIR9001 , PCM1808 I am using a MC57xxPSIA with a TAS5727EVM attached. I want to use the ADC on-board the MC57xxPSIA, a 512X MCLK (24.576MHz), and a sample rate (LRCLK) of 48KHz.
As received the board…
