Are you working with TAS5822MEVM or your self built system?
You can use AP or PC tool like Audacity to generate the digital audio output and feed to TAS5822MEVM.

Have they received access to the TAS5822 software? Once you login to PPC3 with your myTI credentials they should see the TAS5822MEVM Software available to install.
