①About Mismatch of R1/Rfb, and R2/R3, I think that Mismatch mean vary of…
Hello user4496395,
I can only conclude, from the measurement results you report, that there is something wrong with the connection of your input signal or with the THS4032 used to buffer channels C0 and C1.
As you can see in the image below, either position…
Based on your needs, there are two recommendations off the top of my head:
a) THS4032 - lowest noise
b) THS4012 - more speed and bandwidth at the expense of a bit more noise than the THS4032, but is <10nV/rtHz
Cheers,
Randy
Hi Stephen,
It seems to me that when you solder down U6, something seems to be shorted in the PCB due to which the supply voltage is inappropriate. Can you also tell whether the chip becomes hot when U6 is placed? Also, do you have electrolytic capacitors…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: PGA281 , PGA280 , THS4521 , THS4031 , ADS8363 , THS4032 Hi,
Is there any single chip fully differential instrumentation amplifier ?
Or differential output Instrumentation amplifier ?
If not, is there any specific reason why…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: THS4032 , ADS8556 , DAC7741 Hi,
I previously posted a question about the input impedance of the THS4032 which is about 2M Ohms( http://e2e.ti.com/support/data_converters/precision_data_converters/f/73/t/194976.aspx ). …
Hello Alessandro,
The ADS8556EVM will not work properly with HVSS grounded. The ADS8556 requires bipolar analog HVDD/HVSS supplies. The datasheet of the ADS8556 device specifies a negative supply voltage ranging from-16.5V to -5V. Depending on the bi…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ADS8556 , DAC7741 , THS4032 Hi,
I am going to use an ADS8556 EVM to get an analog input , pass it to DSP C6713 DSK through 5-6K Interface. The DSK will run a PID controller and pass the analog output through a DAC7741…
Hi Kevin,
I cut the trace from R12 to ground and connected the +10V ref on board to R12. My objective is to provide a +/-10V swing range. But for this test, I just generated sinusoidal wave with about 150mv peak-to-peak value to show the noise and spike…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ADS8556 , MSP430F149 , ADS8364 , LM358 , BUF634 , THS4032 , ADS8558 I'm in my first project with the ADS8556 and am struggling to get correct looking data. My board is hard wired to use parallel, word and hardware modes. …
