  I would like to be able to use Open loop functionality (I feed it a 5V or 12V pwm, or analog voltage and it goes - will the CLKIN pin work for that?). Is the DRV8308 the chip for the job? Yes. The VIH for CLKIN is 1.5-5.5V. Is the DRV8308 a better/newer…
