We have a couple of two IC solutions:
1.) TIDA-00318 -- This will combine the BQ51003 and BQ2500X charger. This design is targeted at 500mA or less solutions.

The BQ51003 is a Wireless Power 5V Power Supply designed for max output current of 500mA, set by ILIM pin. As a power supply the min current is 0mA.
Unit can be used to supply a battery charger IC, see TIDA-00318.

For 100mA take a look at TI reference design TIDA-00318 see below link. This a two IC solution but will provide very good performance at low charge and termination currents.
