Part Number: TIDA-01167 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TIDA-00699 , Tool/software: Hello:
We are designing an automotive ECU in which we need to comply with the ISO 16750-2, ISO 7637-2 standards. We came across 2 similar solutions from TI a) TIDA-00699…
Part Number: TIDA-00699 Hi Team,
i have several questions about 5.5 EMI filter simulation,
have we considered the LISN in the simulation?
why did we set the Fourier base frequency to be 117.5kHz?
what's the resistance of the power supply?
Part Number: TIDA-00699 Hi,
In the reference schematic of TIDA-00699, the input capacitor is cascaded with right angle placement. May I know the reason? Thanks.
Part Number: LM25122-Q1 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TIDA-00699 Our customer consider to use LM25122-Q1 for their pre-boost circuit.
<Their specification>
Vin:8V~16V (surge 32V)
Vout:12V
Iout:2.3A
external sync:459KHz-488KHz
They refer to TIDA…
Part Number: TIDA-00699 We've run into an issue working with load dumps and was wondering if anyone else had seen the same thing.
The issue surrounds D2 & D3 as shown in TIDA-00699 figure 9. Apparently, these TVSs are supposed to withstand 36 Volt…
Hello,
Unfortunately, I do not currently have the information as to what is allowed in regards to power drop-out time shortening.
As for the loading during the Pulse-1 testing, this is ultimately dictated by the amount of energy storage available. I…
Hello Peter,
I would recommend implementing Input Voltage protection explained in the document TIDA-00699 . And electrolytic bulk cap with relatively high ESR to dampen the line transients.

Part Number: LM5122 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI , , TIDA-00699 Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models Dear all,
I am working on a boost circuit to provide an output that behaves as follow:
Vin = 4.5V - 12V --> Vout = 12V
Vin > 12V --> Vout…
Hi Yamauchi-san,
Thank you for letting us know these questions have not been addressed. I have contacted the team who supports this device so they can assist.
In the meantime, TI Designs has several examples of automotive reference designs with the LM74610…
