Please see Section 4.2.3 from the TIDA-01436 design guide. It provides the command line options to save as png. It also says the pngs will be saved in the same directory that the application is being run from.

The people counting source code can be found here: https://github.com/3dtof/DemoApplications/tree/master/TinTin/people_tracking . This is one example on how to do people counting. The algorithm can be modified as needed.

The board has a USB interface and you can use Voxel Viewer to capture and view the data.
