  Dear Sir, Why you connect the output of the charge pump to the Vcc pin? It should be connected to the Vin pin, like what TIDA-050021 done.

  Dear Sir, As Youhao mentioned, the charge-pump circuit can't be connected to the Vcc, or the Vcc will be damage. You need to connect the charge pump circuit to the Vin pin. You can refer to the TIDA-050021 schematic.
