EN is not recommend to directly connected with Vin. You can refer to a reference design www.ti.com/.../TIDA-050053 for more details about how to design EN level shifter circuit. For other curcuits, I am also reviewing now.

Second SH is wrong. If you want a negative output, you can use buck converter to construct a buck-boost converter.
