If "OPA" can mean op-amps from other prefixes other than OPA series, then these are high voltage op amps with high VID tolerance (and low cost).
TS321, LM358, LM324 family of devices.
TL031, TL061, TL071, TL081 where 1 = {1,2,4}

The part I would take a look at for you application is the TL031 . This is a low power, high supply op amp that will work for most general purpose applications and meets your specifications for supply, noise, bias current etc.
