Part Number: TL1451A Hello,
Our customer use the TL1451A, have a question about PWM frequency.
How do they decide the value of the RT and CT to get a certain frequency?
Do you have a formula?

Hi;
In the description provided in the TI site, TL1451A can be used for SEPIC (buck/Boost) circuits.
I'm designing a circuit in which the input voltage can vary between 3-10 volts and the output should be 5 volts.
So I wonder…

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TL1451 , TL1451A , LM6144 The datasheet for the TL1451A leaves much to be desired in terms of specifications and ratings, I understand it's old. I have a design for a Maximum Power Point Tracker using the TL1451 as a PWM…
My customer found protection works unexpectedly when the device power is turning on and off repeatedly for approximately 1s. While in protection mode, it is impossible to control at all, but return to normal work after power cycling.
After changing DTC…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TL1451 Dear TI
There is no description of terminal functions on TL1451 datasheet.
Is there any material for that?
If you have it ,please let me know.
Thank you and best regards

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TL1451A Hello,
I'm hoping to use the TL1451A as a simple PWM output, with just a Duty Cycle control.
I wired it up as shown in the Test Circuit from the datasheet, but the output simply remains at 5V (Vcc)
What…
Thanks Peter! To be more specific I am using the TL1451A. Same could be said for TL1454 and possibly some of the newer PWM IC's. I think one of the limiting factors is the inversion that the open collector output of the TL1451A does to the PWM signal and…
Bryce,
I agree with you the TL1451A is probably going to be the best alternative device.
Just for my curiosity, why do you not want an internal reference in the IC?
