    I am going to suggest a totally different solution using a simple switching supply better power efficiency and easy implementation. Try TL2575-ADJ using bottom schematic in figure 11 of the data sheet. Replace R1 and R2 with this feedback circuit…

    Sofia, Using two LM317 adjustable linear regulators will be easier. Two MC34063A or TL2575-ADJ switching regulators will be more power efficient. What are the output current ranges for the two output voltages?
