Part Number: TL7660 Hi, Support Team
We need to know TL7660CDR for Power dissipation.
We saw datasheet Tj=150 deg and ambient temp=30 deg
we calculator PD=(150-30)/97=1.23W is correct?
if any, Please advise me.
Thanks,
Best regards,
Lawrence

Part Number: TL7660 Hi,
We have a product in development which uses the TL7660 to increase the voltage supplied from a high-impedance source. The voltage source is a regulator in series with a 150 ohm resistor. The datasheet (page 8) suggests that there…
Part Number: TL7660 Hello, I am trying to generate -5V using TL7660. I am using 2 capacitors (c1 and c2) 10uF tantalum type same as the datasheet suggested (C1 positive is with pin 2 and C2 positive is grounded). But when I am providing +5V or +3.3V in…
Part Number: TL7660 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI , Hallo expert,
I want to us TL7660 charge pump converter to converter 3.3V to 14.5V. Can you help me to check following circuit ? Can you provide a simulation model of TL7660 in TINA-TI or Pspice…
Part Number: TL7660 On a follow-up question, I am trying to get a negative output voltage in the range of -0.25 VDC to -0.75VDC using a positive PWM DC Input using a TL7660. This does not seem to work. If I connect a battery, the output converts to negative…
Part Number: TL7660 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS65135 , LM2664 , TPS60401-Q1 Does the application team have a Pspice deck available that supports the TL7660 "Figure 10 Negative - Positive" combination that I could run in PSpice for TI?…
