Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI , TLC3702 Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models Hello Everyone,
The TLC3702 spice model link on the web appears to have a broken file. Could someone repair the web link and provide me with the correct spice model…
Part Number: TLC3702 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMC6762 , TLV1805 Hi Team,
My customer is implementing the modified circuit below from page 18 of the TLC3702 datasheet:
With "control" low, they see the correct output and triangle waveform for the…
Part Number: TLC3702 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TLC3704 Hello Amplifiers Forum. I am using a TLC3702 to compare a couple of input voltages, the values of which may be either 1.8 or 0V, to a common reference voltage of 0.8V. This common voltage goes…
Part Number: TLC3702 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models I want the spice model of TLC 3702. Model on your web does not work. Would you please send us the correct, TLC 3702 's spice model. Please. The simulator…
Hello KKF,
What is the supply voltage, package and input signal range?
Under 5V supply, there are several replacement options. Above 5V supply, see the TLC3702 or TLV1812 family.
Part Number: TLC3702 Hi, Team,
I met one issue about TLC3702 as below. Please help look into it and give your suggestion.
The schematic is as below. You can check whether there is some problem.
The issue is that when the pin2 signal frequency is <20kHz…
Part Number: TLC3702 I'd like to simulate a voltage-controlled oscillator in SPICE using this or any similar TI comparator but I can't find the SPICE models anywhere. Do they exist?
Thanks!
Hi Tchibana-san,
TLC3702 output current should be limited to +/-20mA. If you have a capacitive load, you could compute the maximum output current by:
I_load = C * DeltaV / Delta t
Assuming a 10V step output across cap load of 100pF with 10-90% rise time…
