For the most similar solution, I think is TLC59482, which is p2p, 16-bit PWM dimming and 6-bit DC for each channel.
If customer need more current capability and DC resolution, TLC5948A is also a p2p solution.

What you are saying is correct, we have a lot of part with smaller group delay,
For on/off part, we have tlc59283;
For PWM part, we have tlc59482/55/57 with smaller group delay.
