I think the difference between TLC59581 and TLC59582 is the number of multiplexing(TLC59581：32、TLC59582：16).
Are there any other difference about two devices?
TLC5974 is OK for 7x56 RGB LED. We also have TLC59581 / TLC59582 for such RGB LED application.
There is no limitation of the number of daisy chain, but more IC cascaded, the frequency requirement of GCLK is higher.
