Hello,
The DAC8820 and TLC7524 parallel MDACs are going to be the fastest settling. The settling time will be dominated by whichever device (DAC or op amp) has a higher settling time. To meet the settling time spec in the datasheet you'd need to find…
Part Number: TLC7524 I don't fully understand the relationship between the propagation delay and the settling time - please clarify:
Is there a total of 100nsec from the application of the data/rising edge of the write strobe for the output to be…
Part Number: TLC7524 Hi,
I'd like to know about following 2 questions,
1. There's a difference between functional block diagram( on D/S page2) and figure 1(on D/S page5),
In figure 1, there's a "R" at REF input , but in functional…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TLC7524 I'm designing this schematic about TLC7524, Unipolar Operation
Could you clarify this information about GAIN adjustment: datasheet pg7 "RA and RB used only if gain adjustment is required" but not specify anyt…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TLC7524 Hi,
I would like to ask you basic questions about TLC7524 as below.
Q1) propagation delay timing
I do not understand well about the start timing of the delay. There describes the start timing is "digital input…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TLC7524 , DAC8541 Hello, I have designed a circuit using TLC7524 in BDAC (voltage) mode. I have run some test results already with a test bench circuit and the results were promising.
How ever I would like your opinion of…
Hi Fabian,
Why not consider a precision DAC? Our MDACs are designed for a lower sample rate, but achieve better dynamic performance (THD, SNR) than higher speed converters when operating at a lower speed.
Take a look at the TLC7524 or DAC8806
Thanks, …
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TLC7524 , LM358 I have the TLC7524 setup in voltage mode as in data sheet and the highest voltage I can get with a +5v supply is 4.1v.
Any thoughts? I notice that the output in voltage mode is pretty weak, it doesn't want…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TLC7524 , LM339 Hello everybody,
Thanks a lot for your attention to my question about the use of the component TLC7524.
Generally I use it for my design of the controler of stepper motor.
The dac is used to translate…
