Part Number: TLV1117LV Hi Team,
My ctm use TLV1117LV33DCY in their design, SCH is as below, input 5V, output 3.3V to supply MCU, but they found occasionally, MCU VCC will short to GND, that means output exceed 4V. Did you see any risk in below LDO circuit…
Part Number: TLV1117LV Hi,
Do you have any issue of the output oscillation with a ceramic output capacitor on TLV1777LV?
My customer faced the oscillation of output with a ceramic capacitor on competitor's LDO (BA15BC0FP-E2). I understand TLV1117LV…
Part Number: TLV1117LV Hi team,
When using TLV1117LV 12, found that 1.2-V output (used to power the FPGA) voltage reaches to high above 1.5V, and such pheonmenon is caused by a 10uH inductance in series on the output side. After replaced with a 0 Ω resistor…
Part Number: TLV1117LV Is it safe to install a 10 ohm current limiting resistor between the voltage source and the part's Vin? The goal is to limit the inrush current to a few hundred milliamps during power up.
The input source voltage is 3.3V and…
Part Number: TLV1117LV Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TLV1117 , TPS7A91 I have a 1.2V fixed output TLV1117LV with 3.3V in, and its output is feeding the core voltage for two FPGAs. The FPGA decoupling capacitance is ~1400 uF total.
The input slew rate…
Part Number: TLV1117LV Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TLV1117 , Let me ask you two questions when using the TLV1117LV33DCYR.
The first question is about the input capacitor 10uF and the output capacitor 100uF in Figure 9 of the data sheet. Considering…
Hi Wei,
TLV1117LV has "Absolute maximum VIN: 6 V"; it should be ok with the DC/DC output set to 5V. Of course, it's better to choose LDO with higher Vin max.
Thanks!
Phil
Part Number: TLV1117LV Hello,
I am using TLV1117LV series for my board power supply as below shown:
I found the P3V3 waveform is not monotonic rising during startup as below shown:
<CH4 is 1V2,not 2v5>
but when i use the ST LD1117 series with…
Part Number: TLV1117LV Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TLV1117 , LM1117 , TLV757P Hi team,
My customers are using TLV1117LV33DCYT to power CPLD, but TLV1117LV33DCYT start-up time is too short, cannot meet CPLD 200us~2ms requirement. And they already found that…
Hi Wei,
Apologies for the delay in getting back to you, I was out of office through last week. I do not see any concern with using TLV1117LV (apart from the noise spec). From a supply continuity point of view, I would urge you to consider TLV761…
