Hi team,
My customer is using TLV431 in their project. And they use TINA-TI to simulate it. We can get from TLV431's datasheet that the output…
I've only gotten a transient simulation model, not a model capable of frequency domain analysis; I'm hoping I can get the frequency domain model now that the appropriate systems engineer is back from vacation...
In case anyone else runs across…
Hi Damon,
Since the behavior of TPS63900 is not sure bwtween 0.4~~1.2V. Divider is not a good idea to get a precise 3V UVLO_OFF.
We need much more external components, may be 1*TLV431+1*FET(signal level)+4*0402 package for resister and capacitor, is it…
Hi Conor,
The abs max supply of this gate driver is 33V. From my testing, I can tell you that Vcc2 can withstand up to 46.5V at DC steady state. However, if you try and switch at this supply voltage, it will instantly damage the output side. Also, if…
Hi Josh,
It depends on the reference voltages.
TL431 in your schematic has 2.5-V Vref, and TLV431 in TPS23753AEVM has 1.24-V Vref.
For your case, Vout = 2.5V/39k*(39k+41.2k) = 5.14V.
Best regards,
Diang
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TLV431 Hi,
I would like to use TLV431 in a switching application. I need to switch ON and OFF TLV431 in the range of 10kHz.
Do you have the switching data (Ton & Toff) for full operating temperature (-40ºC to 125ºC) ? I…
Hi! looks good and yes the tlv431 must move to tl431, which I have done when I move to 12Vdc.. Last question: what schem (where TL431 is at) did you pull the schem from, can I get the whole schem?
