If a wrap-around voltage (0.5V to 5V) from an external circuit is input to the Vout side without energizing the Vin side, will the voltage on the Vin side become greater than 0V?

Part Number: TLV62569 We are reusing the TLV62569 for multiple rails in the system. Of the rails we need to limit ripple current to <0.1A and minimize EMI.
The datasheet is focused around 2.2uH for the inductor, could we use 22uH instead? Any concerns…
