For most LDO's the bandwidth of the error-amplifier is less than 100Khz. So when we simulate for stability for modern LDO's, we are using the minimum ESR typically around 10-20mOhm.

Unfortunately, the TLV761 has active pulldowns on both outputs. So if one is disabled it tries to pull down the rail.
We do have the TPS780 which has a pin selectable output but I only see a 3V/1.8V version released. We do not have a 2.8/1…
