Part Number: TMP121 Hi,
I received a question from a customer of mine. They have a question on the interpretation of the datasheet of the TMP121, SPI temperature sensor.
In the table of the Electrical Specifications, page 3, it states a min and max time…

If you're built, what resistance value Ω?

Like to check if calibration is needed for the TMP121 and TMP123, if yes, could you suggest a methed or any app notes on how to do this calibration

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMP121 , TMP122 , TMP123 , TMP124 I'm using a TMP121 in a few boards, which seems to work well, except that logs show that every few 1000s to a few 100000s readings, a single temperature sample is read wrong, mostly twice…
Hello Karthik,
Please see the attached for TMP121 IBIS model. This wouldn't have been possible without the timely help from our design team and E-lab engineers.

Abhishekh, The sn74lvc138a.ibs and tmp121.ibs are the correct IBIS models for SN74LVC138a and tmp121. If you're looking to model the 14in line as well, you'll need to calculate any load it may add and put that in your model as well. Rami

Welcome to E2E and thanks for posting!
I think from an IBIS perspective, the TMP121 model located here should work - please check it out:

Part Number: TMP123 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMP121 , Hello,
Can TMP121's IBIS model be used for TMP123? It seems the chips are similar and the only differences are pinjs 1&2 (which are gnd and NC) as well as temp range
Thank you!
