Part Number: TMP303 To Whom It may concern
Good day,
May I ask about the accuracy of step response?
The temperature step response is shown in Figure 3 and 4 of the datasheet, but how much variation is there between ICs?

Hi Team,
I have a question about TMP303.
my customer is considering to use TMP303 for battery pack cell temperature monitoring. Question here is - Is it ok to use TMP303 on FPC(Flexible Printed Circuits)? - Is it ok to cover TMP303 with…
Part Number: TMP303 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMP390 Hi Sir,
My customer need a temp switch that could output high when temperature lower than 0 degreeC, so he choose TMP303G, but they have two questions need your kindly help.
1. TMP303 will output…
Part Number: BQ2980 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMP303 , Hi Team,
We plan to use the BQ298012. We need to help confirm three questions: 2. Can pin5 of this IC support PTC function?
3. How is the maximum charger current and discharge current of IC calculated…
Part Number: TMP303 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMP302 , Hello all,
for a safety relevant development I have to be sure there is no software-part at all components. I'm planning to use TMP302 or TMP303 for temperature-shutdown.
I think, these chips…
Part Number: TMP303 Hi,
I have a plan to useTMP303 as temperature fuse.
Is OUT-pin fixed to certain value (H or L) when the Power is ON?. I need to know whether pulldown resistor needed or not,
since I want to use it as an input to digital device. In my…
Part Number: TMP303 Hi,
I am planning to use TMP303 as my temperature sensor, until I probed it and found that its output pin goes High for about 24 ms before going Low.
Why does this happen?. I expected it goes Low after Power ON.
If there is nothing…
Part Number: TMP303 Hello,
Does it possible to order the component with TL = -40°C and TH = +85°C ?
It is write to contact TI for other possibility in the following picture.

Hi Andrew,
Most temperature sensor IC operate as over-temperature alert with hysteresis. The low limit just sets the point at which the alert de-asserts on cool-down.
You probably want to look at window comparators like TMP390 and TMP303.
thanks,
