Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMP390 , SENSOR-TO-CLOUD I am looking for a cost effective solution to measure temperature of a pipe and when it reaches a predetermined set temperature, then it send a signal to deactivate a pump.
The wireless sensor would…
Part Number: TMP390 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM57 , LM56 Hello,
Our customer has a question how to program HOT and COLD temperature by using TMP390. The datasheet has specified threshold setting table but he could not find out how he can set his…
Part Number: TMP390
Hi Sirs,
Sorry to bother you.
Could you help review schematic as below?
Any suggestion are welcome.
Schematic:
By the way, since our function is to detect close to the battery temperature, I intend to move him to the side.
Do you…
Part Number: LM96063 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMP390 , TMP302 Hello, is there a programmer available that can be used to program the LM96063? Also, what software would be needed? The goal is to externally program the fan controller once. Thanks. …
Part Number: TMP709 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMP392 , TMP390 , Hello,
I am having the same issue as was asked about in this earlier thread:

Hi Andrew,
Most temperature sensor IC operate as over-temperature alert with hysteresis. The low limit just sets the point at which the alert de-asserts on cool-down.
You probably want to look at window comparators like TMP390 and TMP303.
thanks,

Hi Nicole,
Unfortunately, I am not aware of a digital temperature sensor in our portfolio that has different alert pin functionality.
The TMP390 temperature switch has independent hot (30C to 124C) and cold (-50C to 25C) threshold detection, while the TMP392…
I'm not sure how much more help we can provide in this case. I would double-check your connections, measure the resistance of your 68k ohm, and test with another TMP709 sample.
As I said, TMP709 is not specified for temperature accuracy in the range…
Yue Tang,
The TMP6 design tool has a tab that will allow you to calculate the voltage for a desired temperature. That would allow them to create there own comparator circuit very easily.
Alternatively they could use the TMP390 (high low temperature…
